i) Pre Lease Site Surveys – assist to list, rank and advise on facility suitability 
ii) Client Brief – write a description of what needs to be built by engaging client’s teams or departments to bring it all together in a clear concise instruction. Design seminars and zoom calls can be arranged. 
iii) Architectural Design – an actual layout that can be built 
iv) M & E Designs – Electrical, Mechanical and more. 
v) Full tender documentation  – Details / Designs and Tender Calling 
vi) Project Management  – a 3rd party Project Manager that has the clients best interests at heart
